It's just a made-up scenario, but I need ideas
What would you do if you knew someone at work exaggerated/lied on their resume?
-
-
nothing....
-
Wouldn't think much of their dishonesty.
-
i assume most people exaggerate on their resume. as long as they're doing their work properly and it doesn't hinder my own, idgaf.
-
doesnt really matter
most companies have ridiculous requirements that no one actually needs to work there
as long as they deliver, its ok to fake it till they make it
-
It's in the performance not the papers
-
-
I'd send them a subliminal message with Joy's drama OST

If it is cause problem to me, the workplace or work productivity at that place, then I will report it to the boss and stated the reason for it.
-
not a damn thing, if it's not something that impedes on my work or my ability to do my work idgaf what they do
-
-
I would lose some respect for them. My behavior towards them would change though I would pretend not to know what I know.
-
Not a damn thing I wouldn’t care
-
-
nothing
unless I'm that person's boss and it somehow hinders that person's workperformance
It really depends on what kind of lie you are talking about , your statement is too general
-
every tips & tricks about work interview I watched always teach you to polish your words and achievement, why won't they use it in resume? nothing wrong with that
-
can one prove it...with evidence?
knowledge with proof is meaningless!!!
-
I wouldn't care. The person is just trying to survive on capitalism anyway.
Just perform well and don't mess with anyone's work.
-
Nothing unless it's something extreme because most people lie/exaggerate or omit a few things on their resume. It's very common and often necessary precisely because everyone else does it too. There is such a thing as too much honesty if you want a job.
-
umm nothing they need their job
-
Help! They're on to me
