What would you do if you knew someone at work exaggerated/lied on their resume?

i assume most people exaggerate on their resume. as long as they're doing their work properly and it doesn't hinder my own, idgaf.

If the lie threatens their or other people's safety then I'd call them out on it but otherwise I'd leave it alone

If it is cause problem to me, the workplace or work productivity at that place, then I will report it to the boss and stated the reason for it.

I would lose some respect for them. My behavior towards them would change though I would pretend not to know what I know.

every tips & tricks about work interview I watched always teach you to polish your words and achievement, why won't they use it in resume? nothing wrong with that

Nothing unless it's something extreme because most people lie/exaggerate or omit a few things on their resume. It's very common and often necessary precisely because everyone else does it too. There is such a thing as too much honesty if you want a job.
