Should STARSHIP change the date of IVE's comeback?

So what if they moved it into May or June and another top group decides to comeback? What will happen to their

comeback then? They can't just move it and avoid the competition. And let's not assume that BB's power

is still the same as before

There is still plenty to be gained by having a comeback at the same time and being on the same music shows as Big Bang.

If you aren't releasing in an empty house, then alongside a superstar act is probably the next best thing for exposure.

I definitely expect big bang to smash on charts, if not for long then at least momentarily in the first week. Would be interesting if ive manages to keep up and eventually overtake them tho; it’d cement ive’s place as a top group for sure. But what’s most interesting to me is that ive is likely to outsell big bang in terms of album sales (if we go by their latest albums) lol, which is amazing bc ive is a rookie AND a gg, and back in the day the notion that such a group will outsell a bg as revered as big bang is unthinkable. If there’s one thing i can appreciate about this gen it’s that ggs’ selling power has greatly improved compared to the past, which is what they deserve

no, there is no reason, aespa debuted and comeback alongside BTS which are bigger than Big Bang and they are doing fine

they are also a bg and gg, they likely don't have the same audience either, nobody knows how BB is gonna do and even if they take no. 1 on charts, don't matter, IVE need another hit, 2 on charts and longevity is fine

no, I don't think bigbang will overshadow ive. They have different audience. As long as they get a good song they will be fine

they'll be just fine. they might even gain additional exposure if bigbang promotes alongside them on music shows

It's pretty much impossible to not coincide with important comebacks from other groups anyways
