Maybe its because her barefaced is just too pretty but sometimes Nayeons makeup artist goes over board with the makeup and makes this queen look like a clown.

I think make up is like hair... sometimes you just have bad hair days.
There are certainly times where her makeup seems a bit off but most of the time, I think it's fine.
The 2 pic you posted also isn't the best, they look like journalist shots which is usually done with flash and really throws off the contrast.
But yes, Nayeon bare face is heavenly.
I think Nayeon and Momo have the worst makeup in Twice. I don't know why they like their cheeks so red like a monkey's behind.
Stage makeup is really exaggerated and I also have complaints about the makeup team even for some of my faves' stage makeup (specifically nose contouring).
