I trust JYP with music, absolutely. The man is a wizard when he locks himself in the studio. WIL and So Hot are some of the best songs in Kpop ever. Plus Signal, Feel Special, More and More, and Itzy's top two songs MITM and Icy. Didnt he also give IOI their huge hit, Very Very Very?

I just dont trust him with overseeing the group's activities, i dont want them put to the Twice slave grind.

Agreed with everything you said. He's not a terrible producer per se, but please, do not overwork these girls as well. That would just be tragic for everyone involved.
