as much i love NCT you can see how differently SM treat NCT and Aespa for example who are their more recent BG and GG
just NCT 127 have a content on youtube at least once a week
even NCT dream who are less active than Aespa had 6 different videos on youtube for the past 3 months
the most obvious example of difference of treatment is the fact that both NCT dream and Aespa participated in the tokopedia award show
Sm uploaded a behind the scene for NCT dream performance there
but they didn't upload anything for aespa

I agree, this is one of the major things holding me back from stanning Aespa, SM is pushing that mysterious AI image in them and not letting them be authentic or organic to the public. Yes perfection is desired in kpop but so is relatability and rawness. I think if SM let Aespa be more natural during stages and do more variety people would stop comparing them to robots
