4 Lawyers state that Snowdrop can’t be canceled cause it’s fiction.

it's still better if it's gets cancelled for everyone's own sake especially Jisoo, she is the most affected and on the receiving end of all this.
If JTBC doesn’t give a proper explanation as to what’s going on, I also agree. No point in continuing if this how it’s going to be with every single episode they will air….

The Blue House can’t fine JTBC, they stated in their first response that they aren’t interfering in these things. It’s the KCSC that is responsible to investigate and deliberate rather a broadcast is violating any regulations. If there is, they give the broadcast the chance to edit or censor the problematic parts.
You're correct on the fines, it seems it was a one time incident where they did do so but not something they usually do but my point is that the blue house in theory is more a way to bring attention to a certain issue. They def won't cancel Snow Drop tho, that's on Disney+ and JTBC

Basically to stir up so much bad publicity that the production company decides to cancel it.
Sponsors have pulled out, but the drama has already finished filming, which means the money has already been spent. They can't really lose production costs, so doesn't matter as much that the sponsors pulled.
That's why it's more up in the air. It's up to JTBC if they think the drama is worth continuing to air. The ratings are okay, but can the average ratings offset the terrible publicity? That's the question. This would probably be more clear cut if the drama had no already been fully produced and if Snowdrop's ratings were dismal.

I don’t know if it was a side effect of Joseon Exorcist, but it does seem that more and more productions start to air only after the Drama is done.

I thought selfmate really changed their aesthetics

This is all very stupid. Of course, from the point of view of the law, this is fiction and cannot be canceled. However, it seems that it is still necessary to prove that this is fiction. We don't know for sure, do we? Maybe it's part of revenge or PR. As we know, everything is done for a reason. I hope JTBC has good lawyers who can sort this whole mess out. Otherwise, it can hit their reputation hard. I know perfectly well how a good and intelligent lawyer can save a life and a reputation. The lawyer from https://www.hg.org/legal-artic…an-sec-wells-notice-61958 saved my business and my reputation. So it's important not to skimp on a lawyer.

And these lawyers will be absolutely right. How can you ban a show called Snowdrop that hasn't even aired yet? This is realistic fiction. Looking at things like this makes me scared of what lawyers deal with. After all, various inadequate people ask for bad things, such as this case. I immediately remember my friend, who is studying to be a lawyer. Plus, she's trying to learn Arabic so she can take on overseas clients and stand in line with successful arabic lawyers. I just feel sorry for her because this work requires iron nerves. I definitely wouldn't be able to handle it.
