While I don't think Ariana is trying to mimic Asian monolids/slant eyes (which some other models and influencers have been) it shouldn't just be Asians in Asia who have the right to be offended.

Asian-Americans have the right to be offended as well. It's a feature we were born with and have faced harassment over. Just because we don't live in Asia doesn't mean we can't be affected either.

But yeah in Ari's case it's just bad makeup that doesn't match her. I've seen legit influencers who have even said "they want to look exotic" while pulling their eyes back which is Y I K E S.

Her make up si awful and she has done too much PS to her face, I wouldn't call that racist.

She's kind of a Rorschach test; she can look like anything you want. But it's all in your head.

I think this is a face lift. She needs to tone down with ps.

Btw i still find funny that anyone could think she's anything but white. She looks spanish or italian, and she is, she's italian. Do people in america get that not all white people look like northern europeans?

Idk much about Ariana, but here's my thought as 100% Asian.

I live in Asian countries my whole life, so if other races mimicking us or want to look like us as a beauty trend, I guess feel free to do so if they find it beautiful. Except if they did it to mocking us.

But for asians who go through racism in Western countries because of their feature, now that's different case... :sadface:
