Ning Ning is better but I think the JYP girls are comparable to Winter.
I kinda prefer their vocal colours, not so high pitched with that typical SM technique. Lily especially has a really cool style of singing. And I loved their duets, great harmonising, who knows if SM will ever let their girls do something like that.

Ningning seems to have much more ease to hit high note based on the videos we saw from Lily
And Haewon and Winter seems to be pretty much the same level but winter vocal tone is just so attractive
but i'm excited to see what lily m and haewon duet can do once they debut, for once JYP tried to focus on vocal skills

tbh, if we compare Weeekly's vocal line : Monday Soeun, Jihan and Jiyoon to aespa's vocal line, Weeekly edges aespa.
Main Vocal : Monday > Ning ning
Best Lead Vocal : Soeun > Winter
Maybe Jihan/Jiyoon = Karina
But these aren't facts. I did think Monday was better than Ningning at first, but it's the other way around. The gap isn't as big as, let's say, Them vs Yechan or Nayul, but it's still a gap. Ningning's development is enough for many others to consider her C#5s, meanwhile Monday is still quite inconsistent on her top range.
Winter also is better than Soeun by A LOT.
Comparatively, Soeun should be compared to Karina and Karina is slightly stronger (consistent and more relaxed). and Jihan is the same as Giselle.
