4 out of 10 they are slowly dying and they know it but they also recognize that they need to overhaul almost everything in their system but they decided to just rebrand and hope that helps -- not a good move, honestly
still a decent platform, just slowly dying.
edit: oh we talking about the social media, not the parent comapny

People hate on it for how it turned out and the fact that so much user information was sold and still is being sold. It was less than transparent about its practices, so I understand the criticism.
However, let's give credit where it's due. There was a point when it pioneered social networks and social media. It changed the game for all of us.
Whether it brings people together or pulls them apart is determined by how we use it.
I would say 6 out of 10. Great start with an incredible goal, but they butchered it in recent times. It's no longer as appealing to use.

The pay is really good for new grads so a 10/10

If I didn't have to use it for work, I wouldn't. The tech that provides analytics to advertisers is exceptional, but the platform itself is very clunky compared to other shinier, newer channels. It's not a platform for discovery and engagement like IG or TikTok, but just a place where parents and grandparents update at this point, IMO. (And tbf, that same algorithm for analytics fuels IG so there's even less reason to use FB. I mean FB serves its purpose but personally, I'd rate it low for personal usage but high for professional benefits, but even there most advertisers have moved to IG..)
