they made their debut in November 2020
so Black mamba, forever, next level and Savage view are counted in their views
and it only count Sales from release from november 2020 to october 2021
Only Alcohol free sales are counted for twice, and they only sold 557K album
and were are you even finding 800K for itzy when their sales in 2021, didn't even surpass 700K by counting crazy in love and mafia sales based on the last updates

If I understand this excel correctly. Eyes wide open released on 10/26/20, so it does not count toward the data. Any charting, MV and sells from the album will not count. I am not sure if this what Mnet will do, and I don't think it's fair to exclude it.

Next year the stats are different, saying that Aespa should win this year with two big hits like Next Level and Savage has nothing to do with 2022, since they don't have a 2022 release yet.

well nobody really care back in 2019 because even if Itzy was nominated they didn't have any chance to win the best GG award
they only had digital
their view were smaller than Twice and Blackpink, they were selling less than Twice and BP, etc...
they only had digitals
meanwhile Aespa with their sales can compete with Twice
they are surpassing every GG in digitals
their views this year are bigger than twice
and their sales might be bigger too once we get the gaon update
so yes Itzy in 2019
