Well we won't know till we get there will we but I don't think there was anything wrong with the array of music we've had this year what with Aespa and BTS. I actually think it's been a bumper year.

I’m looking forward to BTS album and Jin OST the most now although I think this year for me was a good year too musically.

I am too. I think there are lots of creative and interesting releases not just from my faves but from other groups that were new to me (The Boyz, Purple Kiss, Pixy) or just really liked songs from (Stray Kids, Astro, aespa, Monsta X).

As always it's interesting to me to see people complain about groups not doing anything new and interesting, then when groups do, they start complaining about kpop from yesteryear. 🤷‍♀️ ("Why can't it sound like generation whatever or year whatever")

Even if I don't think a group always sticks the landing, there are lots of interesting things happening in kpop right now to me.
