Every other artist touring right now must also be greedy....or they have contracts to make money for their respective labels. Streaming isn't paying bills unless you're a top act, and most acts aren't selling physical albums or vinyls. Touring make the most money, so it's natural that big acts are back to the stage.

Also, BTS are buying condos and houses. And even if they were buying mansions, that's their hard-earned money. They can spend it how they want, and property is extremely valuable. That would be smart honestly.

I swear I've seen this thread before but I will make my point again - no they're not. Fans have been asking for a tour, they were holding onto the LY tickets in hopes for a concert again, and as someone else mentioned, streaming doesn't pay the bills for artists. If you're really concerned, just don't go.
