Hmm, They can project this as far as they can see how many stadium tours they can open with covid restrictions in place! I think the coming Sofi stadium tours will have them think how they can go forward with these offline concerts! But f*ck TM!!! 
All that 2020 and 2021 has done is grow their fanbase, their next album will do unprecedented sales, and a world tour would be the hottest ticket, in any town.

i will do anything to go to their concert on this next tour if they come to my country, i'm an army since 2016 but i never saw them live. 
3 million is an understatement (for me but no expert.LOL).
If they have time and if they will book more shows, they can easily do 5 million. They are really in demand.

The biggest stadiums will go to BTS. How many acts can fill these giant arenas consistently like BTS. I am sure a lot of musicians want to get on the road in 2022

This is true. The pandemic helped the popular Kpop groups who make enough on streams and physicals to survive or even thrive, but hurt the smaller ones that may have depended on smaller concerts, in person fanmeets, etc.

I think a US tour would def be possible and maybe Europe too? I'm not sure when countries in Asia will loosen up.
If the Roling Stones, all approaching 80 years old can tour right now, I think a lot of acts will be touring in 2022

If they can get ~60,000 per show on average, they will need to perform 50 shows to hit 3M audience. That’s a lot of shows and will probably take 1.5 years to complete. Tickets are definitely going to be easier to get than PTD LA so that is reassuring.
I could see them doing maybe 1M in north america (they were going to have done almost 800k with the MOTS Tour), more than 1M in Japan (their next tour here is GOING TO BE INSANE... they already had 12 dome dates booked for MOTS and that was before they blew up with Dynamite).
thats 2M just from Japan + North America. I could see well beyond 3M.
