She charted better than blackpink and twice english songs. The only korean artists who charted better than her with english songs are b*s and yerin baek. Thoughts?

Hard to tell rn. Very strong following amongst indie fans and college students.
Square went viral about 2 years before it was released, so it did really amazing numbers for a bside, everything else she's released in the last 2 years (mainly English) has underperformed compared to her previous hits. She's still popular but I don't think people are connecting with her stuff.
I remember Square(2017) going #1 on Gaon and beating Blueming, and I was very shocked because it's 100% English. Here I Am again did great numbers too, but the fact that it's an OST for Crash Landing On You probably helped alot.
Tellmeaboutyourself underperformed for her standards but her cover album did pretty well on charts I think? Don't know if she's more popular than BP but she's very popular there that's for sure.
Anyway Rose did well. Some members of other groups would do anything to achieve what she did with a solo....an English solo nonetheless.
