i was surprised hearing jungkook say it, he has such a healthy body and works out regularly and he decided to literally starve for 5 days to look good?! i wouldn't be able to walk, let alone dance by only drinking water.

i lost 9 kilos in three months by eating healthy and i never starved. it's the opposite, i ate big portions but sadly had to give up on sweets.
