Do you exercise? If you do, what kind of exercises do you do?

I like to use fitnessblender.com. They have programs you can purchase and they lay out each day's exercises for you. So it's a good way to get strength training, HIIT, and cardio in. You can filter them by your fitness level and the beginner ones are very good for gradually increasing the intensity as you improve.
If I'm not using FB, I follow Kyra Pro or Grow With Jo on YouTube. I like their walking and dancing workouts. I also like Zumba, and try to fit some strength training in as much as I can.

Even though i am very underweight. I do cardio to strengthen my lung capacity and make me healthier overall. I'm very weak in general, both physically and with my immune system, but this helps me not feel like shit all of the time

I became more active in sports after I went through rehabilitation after surgery related to my body.

I do 30min of cardio, 20min of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and 10-15 min of walking

Yes I do, I walk fast

I certainly do. I'm addicted to walking and walk 6km every single day. I have recently been diagnosed with oesto (that's in the bone) arthritis in the spine and walking is excellent for that. I am quite fit for an almost 55 year old, more so than most young people to be honest.
