Oooh this a tough one because while full albums do usually lead to more music, sometimes the track list is just not up to snuff vs. two minis so it's very hard to pick just one or the other.
I think if you're going to do full albums only you need to do it in the image of say American albums where you release a single and then several months later you release the album and promote another single and then several months after that you promote another single before repeating the process. By needing to choose more songs to promote it could lead to some weaker tracks being cut.
