Do you think world tours will be possible in 2022? There are many advanced countries in terms of vaccination, but there are also other countries, such as South Korea, that are far behind in terms of vaccination speed.
Especially with BTS I am worried because Jin and Suga are getting closer and closer to their military service and I am afraid that never in my life I will get to see a concert with them.

From existing stats, regarding delta variant, pfizer's vaccine likely is aprox. 64% effective against infection and 95% against hospitalization. And, there are already beta, delta plus, epsilon and lambda variants. Moreover, pfizer has admitted that a new shot every 6 months is required to keep being immune against the virus.
Herd immunity is a fantasy.

Well right now the delta version is less deadly than the original varieties of corona, even thought it’s more contagious. But after more people get vaccinated a stronger strain should arise but by then more people will be out and about, so creating another wave. I give it 3-4 more years for bigger IRL concerts, maybe 5-7

Here in Poland there are already big events with 50% audience capacity and there is rumor that for new season of Polish Ekstraklasa they will up this to 75%. (Football league, new season starts in this week).
I would count few Nordic countries, few central/eastern European.
Maybe Greece and Italy as well.
Canada, New Zealand, etc.
There will be highs and lows for Covid in the next few years. It will probably be regarded like the Flu where people will have to be vaccinated every year. Life will have to go on.
Here in the US, even with the surges that we are seeing in different hotspots, people are getting back to how it was before the pandemic. I went to Disney & Universal a couple of weeks ago, and the crowd was pretty much what it was pre pandemic - despite warnings of new variants and such.
Concerts are already being scheduled (with no restriction that I know of) so I don’t really see why groups can’t tour next year. They will most probably have to choose countries with high vaccination rates at first and see how it goes.
P.S. Can’t wait to see BTS since my friends and I have been holding on to our MOTS7 tickets for sooooooooo long. 
In person concerts are being held in the US. This fall it has already been announced that both college and pro football will be played with full houses in the stadiums
Depends on the country and their vaccination rates. Recently the European championship was held over various euro countries and a lot matches has at least 50% or more crowd attendance, some matches getting 50k+ attendees.
we've just held a 4 day music festival (8-11 july). usually, all 4 days have 200k attendance but i don't know how many tickets were sold this year. all proper precautions were taken, you had to have a rapid antigen test, pcr test or proof of being vaccinated to enter the festival. it's been more than 7 days and the numbers didn't go up. we'll see
