Is there any 'good' company in kpop?

A few of the one artist companies like BEAT I have no complaints about. For bigger artist's companies I haven't really had a bone to pick with KQ

ateez's label seems pretty good

I mean look at this company -> The CEO build the company from no money and had not even a studio. The boys feared if they could even debut. Now they are on a level that their last CD sold over 60K times and their CEO was able to purchase a building + their most viewed MV has 14 million views now and even tho they don't really chart with their songs they still menaged to have one of the most named songs when it comes to "most important KPop song of 2020"

As much as i like talking shit of starship, i think their only truly mismanaged group was boyfriend. All of their groups aside them did or are doing great (sistar, monsta x, wjsn and cravity).

I came here to say "Bighit as long as they treat my TXT babies well" but I was surprised to see that I only know of 2-3 companies getting mentioned here, rest I haven't even heard of their names before

its impossible to please everyone but i think BH does a good job, really happy with the japanese txt promos
