Have you ever picked fruits straight from the tree?

Yes. Growing up we had fruit trees in the backyard. We grew apricots, apples, grapefruit, and lemons.
We also had blackberry and raspberry bushes, if those count.
And we had strawberry plants. But those don't grow on trees.

Back when I used to go to Florida every year with my grandparents, we would visit orange and lemon orchards to pick them, then proceed to make juice/lemonade with them. It's a novel experience, but I rather buy from the store than make it myself. Though, I guess the advantage of making your own juice is that you can control what you put in it. Lots of store bought juice have added sugars, which isn't appealing if you want something healthier.

Yes, when I was a kid and before they were sprayed with all kinds of pesticides. Apples, oranges, lemons, tomatoes. My father also had a fruit and vegetable patch in our backyard and we’d pick them straight off the vine. Nothing beats fresh and organic. I’ve also been wild blackberry picking by the side of the road, my grandmother would make pies out of them. Delicious with cream!

Yes, blackberries there was this little place in my mom's town that was no one possesion, so we went picking them when it was time, we used to get dirty and my mom used to get angry to the point she came with us so we took the ones that were easy to take.
Also quince? it's this how you say it in english? I just searched it on google lol. But this was much harder because we are not usually there when it's their season.
