Covid-sick woman infects people while grocery shopping

OK so I saw a tweet wich was a screenshot from a German news-article but it was not mentioned where it comes from

A 21 year old woman got sick and went to the hospital. They told her she should stay there cause she got covid. The woman refused to stay in the hospital and secretly sneaked out of her room just to go to a grocery store. She used the bus and train to go from Wiesbaden to Mainz (around 13km distance). Even tho she felt sick she risked her life and the life of other people. Her only excuse was that she wanted something that she couldn't have in the hospital and the closest supermarket didn't sold it so she drove to another city. Not only this, she also refused to wear at least a facemask

If she was so dumb like "oh no my favourite chocolate is not sold here" than it's very stupid... if she went for "Oh this brand has a 2KG box of this thing I love and is cheaper than when I would buy small packs" than well it would be still stupid ... duno what you need in a grocery store to go so far away ... maybe she had a coupon or stuff was on sale? xD omg that sounds so dumb
