Meh, they both suck
Now once Next level have grown on you, do you think it is better than Black Mamba?

Both are Bops on the first listen

I still stand on my viewpoint about "Black Mamba" WITH a hot-8 bars. That's what it needs to truly "stand on it's own two" as global-girl-group-level song.
"Next Level" is still too "basic" in an unflattering way. In terms of audience in my area, outside of K-Poppers, only pre-teens and under would give this song any play. I understand SME was trying to make a statement within the title of the song, but it's honestly not "global-girl-group" material. SK-level material? Sure. Pan-Asian-level material? Maybe.

Black Mamba didn't impress me after the whole big hype for aespa. I somehow really hate the ayayayayayaya and the chorus is quite boring.
On first listen, I already knew Next Level was 100x better than Black Mamba.
And it still is. Next Level might be messy but it is good.

Next Level didn't grow on me, i liked it from the second i heard it, and have always found it better than Black Mamba. Black Mamba isn't a bad song but I've always felt it was generic, whereas Next Level is undeniably unique

Black Mamba's prechorus is nuts. So I choose it.
