Yes, I think Twice's concept change was a slow change, it wasn't anything out of the blue or super abrupt.

I don't see the difference between fancy and ICSM

Apink does

Their Fancy-Feel Special-More and More - ICSM era is enjoyable

Not many group are capable at switching concepts each comeback and I do like the fact Twice takes time for their music to evolve , rather than being too experimental

But I guess Koreans just can't accept the change
