but for your information, bugs ranking is based on 20% streaming and 80% download, so making new accounts and downloading helps better in charting there... the more the number of downloads from different accounts, higher the ranks.. so new releases have way more advantage of charting in bugs..
if every chart starts to count and rank according to the same idea then why have different charts? what is gonna be the difference? bugs benefits and makes money a lot the more by the way it works right now so reforming will only be a decision giving them loss.. why would they do that?
