No the issue with Shine is that it was a sleeper hit so it got popular when they were finishing up promos. It's the same problem that ASAP faced - a hit but it wasn't able to win because it rose up the charts very gradually.

Disagree. ASAP is an actual hit that could possibly rise into the top 10. Shine never did that.

It got 182M points in 2018, which can't be considered a hit now and definitely not in 2018 when points were overall higher due to higher downloads.
