Pre Pandemic - I would pick up food about 3 or 4 times a week. My commute to work is about 2 1/2 to 3 hours per day, too tired to cook dinner.
Since the pandemic and I have been working from home. I cook almost every day. We get take out when I don't feel like cooking. Also, try to support the small local restaurants from closing.

I made pork larb gai with some rice vermicelli, a mango,cucumber,mint and ginger salsa, and some extra peanut sauce just because.
