yeah I know she does have the smallest face but what saying is that most members in general have small faces .

your face can be small in size and round with facial fat ( which you describe as chubby )

Small face standard is due to 8-heads:height ratio. This is also observed by mathematician Leonardo Da Vinci and Vitruvian Man is 8heads tall.

It makes u look tall if u have that proportion.

its probably genetic and nothing can be done about that

longer faces are both because of facial structure and also because a lot of people carry less fat in their face ( usually in their body too )
