Okay, these 3 are interesting. Firstly, my heart is on Likey since it's my fav title track.
From TWICE, Likey, Fancy and ICTSM eras are the 3 eras which literally made them GAIN A BIG AMOUNT OF FANS, not KK, DTNA, FS, or M&M. These 3 are also the most successful TWICE songs internationally.
Despite not performing that well in Korea compared to other songs, these 3 got so many great reviews from international fans and non fans. Likey was so praised after the hated Signal, Fancy was well-liked by people and even a great choice for SOTY, and ICTSM was a big step for TWICE to enter a darker concept.
In my perspective and my observation, I feel like these 3 are also well-liked in the ONCE fandom, with Likey/Fancy/TT and less of ICTSM leading as the most liked by Onces. GP wise, Likey and Fancy made a better impact domestically, but ICTSM made a bigger success in other countries since TWICE is already popular AND they gained many new fans this era.

If Twice was already more popular when they released ICSM why not M&M? They are released pretty close from one to another.
Youtube views are increasing in general so I wouldn't read too much into it in judging how well liked a song is.
Likey was a viral hit which is why it took so long for it to get beat.
Likey was their first song to really get to fans outside of Japan/South Korea and Fancy's impact is obvious. Pretty much confirmed Twice's place as the 2nd biggest kpop GG in the west ahead of RV who you'd say had it in 2018 and since its release every Twice title has charted on the US Spotify top 200 (something still rare).
I like the barometer of how the next song does on release (first day or two) as it shows the anticipation level, fandom growth from said song most likely and people looking out for your next release.
I don't really get your question, but I will answer by my understanding.
TWICE can have comebacks that gain lots more fans, gain a small number of fans, or just gain hatred. By my observation, M&M helped TWICE to gain a small amount of fans internationally because IDK why international fans love the beat drop chorus (which I think possibly the reason why BP songs are well-liked), but the encore caused lots of hatred, which is sad.
I believe TWICE was already more popular bc of the gradual gaining, but it's different. For example, Likey, Fancy (and possibly WIL? and YOY) made a significant increase in TWICE's fandom, but the nearer songs like KK, Signal, HS, DTNA, M&M are good, but they only help TWICE gain SOME more fans (or maybe not). I'm not counting Feel Special because it's an era for Onces, and with that kind of song, it also only help TWICE gain some fans.
The same with M&M, it helped TWICE gain a small amount of fans. But by the time ICTSM was released, the fandom has already built up by the gradual increase of fans by the last songs, making them more popular. And ICTSM was a great song, so it did so well internationally and helped TWICE gained a lot more Onces.
