Who Is Woojin And Why Did He Leave Stray Kids?

They said Woojin was leaving for personal reasons.

You must be a kpop stan for a few months now, he had a scandal in September I think and it was a whole mess

So from my understanding, people don't know why he left. JYP said it was for personal reasons. Some people think he did something and got kicked out. Adding onto concerns a couple months later he was accused of sexual harassment, which he denies. I can't really comment further.

As for bullying, idk where you got Woojin. Hyunjin has been accused of bullying, and is currently on hiatus

We don't know why he left. I think they stated either 'personal' or 'health' reasons. There was that SA accusation scandal, but it was only on Twitter afaik and it was proven to be false. He's signed under a newly founded agency (that was also a Twitter scandal lmao), but I don't know when he's going solo. There were speculations in the SKZ fandom that Bangchan implicitly said in a live he was disappointed in him, but again, those were just speculations, and I'm not really in that fandom, I just like some of their songs, so I wouldn't know for sure.

No, as someone already said school bullying accusations are against Hyunjin. The scandal that Woojin was involved in was accusations of SA, but that was a relatively long time after his departure and was proven to be false afaik.

Because we all feel something sketchy happened, because his departure was so sudden and JYP didn't provide any logical reason other than the ambiguous personal issues.
