Does bts have the longest reign out of any kpop group?

not sure about the longest but it’s definitely the strongest

five years at the top of everything, literally. they have the best digitals, the best physicals, the best streaming numbers, the most awards, the biggest global fanbase and recognition... no group in the past has come close to the magnitude of their power and achievements no matter how big they were in their prime. it’s impossible to compete with the gods of kpop

This. Also, whats more impressive to me tho, is how they're still rising and beating their own record in every metric possible, from physical to digital. Cause from my observation, other previous Top Groups will start stagnating or even declining after 3-5 years of being on top. Like, they were still on Top but their physical/digital number stayed the same/declining. While for BTS it's always an upward trend each year, for the past 7 years.

i don't know but if its fair debate, then don't count hiatus years

People tend to forget Bts is in their 8th year.

Most group do solo activities by this time in their career, and yet Bts reach new peak like they just broke out last year.

They just not on top, they continue to get bigger like a 2nd or 3rd year group

I dunno... There's just something about BTS that I can't resist.

They are doing things that no other group has done before from KPop and they still have not reached their peak.

Whatever you think of them, that’s undeniable.

Soar higher BTS, ARMY will be your wings.

YES, because they're actually the undisputable overall #1 group who dominates everything (physicals, digitals, touring, etc) while previous top groups dominated one or two areas but not all of them, much less with such a huge gap between them and the rest like BTS.

Their kpop peak was more 2016-2018. I don't consider them to be a proper kpop group since 2019.
