I'm pretty sure IU is being nice. And I'm pretty sure she will whisper to the producer/ mixer to mix Rose's vocals down a bit or make them tell Rose that she doesn't need to overstrain her voice to gain a style so to speak.

She sounds like Shakira sometimes which is a little bit off putting for me

But overall I would say she sounds above the average in terms of vocal tone

Extremely weak... you guys really need to tone down the overhate of Rosè's vocals. She might not be the strongest vocalist but she is nowhere near the "extreme weak" you guys try so hard to foist upon. She has vastly improved and holds her own pretty darn well.
