Long time ago at a Casino Buffet tried Korean BBQ Ribs. Remember it was tasty but also very dry. Dried out food is common in a Buffet. Too much time under the Heat Lamp.
I have to make it cause the sauce is different but cooked the same way.

was it precooked or did you have to cook it yourself?
if i understand correctly traditional korean bbq means that you sorta cook the food yourself
