Popularity is a massive factor in this kind of shows and i don't think SM would debut a unit with the most popular members. This new unit will most likely be a heavy underdog with Ateez, SKZ and Ikon participating.

LSM has his own survival show within SM they don’t believe in broadcast survival shows.

No SM artist will go.

don't see sm letting their groups compete in a survival show so imo unlikely, also just don't see the need for it

I was actually thinking a custom Kingdom NCT unit would be cool. Sungchan and Shotaro + other members who don't get much of the spotlight. Winwin would be a good choice because everyone is already talking about how underutilized he is.

actually its not a bad idea. They can do a NCT u and send them to build their fanbase

and their trainees already went through a survival, a super hardcore survival inside SM.

Once i saw TVXQ was hosting, i thought it was more possible. Also a April start date is late enough where the new unit would be announced, since a new BG is suppose to debut later in the year.

Either way, i hope they send a NCT U or the new unit to go. Theres no reason to not take the extra publicity, especially when they are blowing up rn.
