Internationally only hwasa did better numbers than Wendy. Which is not surprising since she released ballads. RV is many leagues ahead of mamamoo as group internationally otherwise.

Yeah RV maybe be forgotten if they don’t have any hit soloist but keep in mind the others from RV haven’t gone solo yet only their main vocal.

None the less RV as a group are still bigger than MMM over all.

As a group rv is bigger. There isn't difference between them in Korea but internationally rv is much bigger.

Their places are honestly interchangeable imo. They are neck to neck in sk and I doubt anybody in rv can rival hwasa's hold in sk anytime soon.

Wendy'll very likely have higher album sales than Mamamoo's highest sales all by herself.

Even after a 1.5 yr hiatus, Red Velvet still have massively more monthly listeners in Spotify than Mamamoo.

RV's international recognition overall is higher than Mamamoo's.

Red Velvet consistently ranks higher on Gallup than Mamamoo.

Red Velvet's unplanned, SBS enforced hiatus since end of 2019 and their lack of group activities and comebacks for the past 1.5 years while other groups could be active during, will undoubtedly have had its impact on Red Velvet. But even then, even despite all that, they've still been doing well in all of the important metrics, as shown above.

That said, let's be happy for both groups and keep supporting them both, they're both awesome groups, each in their own right (only the hypocritical closet antis will never admit to that and always deny and ignore that)

As for international it’s pretty obvious RV are above Mamamoo. You only need to look at streams and monthly listeners on YouTube and Spotify to see that. RV haven’t had an album out in over 1.5 years and Mamamoo has put out an album and promoted two title tracks since then yet still have lower numbers so your argument doesn’t really make any sense lol. I’ll wait for Red Velvet’s comeback this summer before making a proper comparison but for now RV are still very much a top 3 GG.
