I used to do roleplays a lot but not with idols and not with big social media platforms. I would use Quotev or Wattpad.

Roleplaying can be fun but this is kind of weird. It's simply improvisation.

I don´t know how old you are, but around 2010 that was a very common thing, on facebook to pretend you are a celebrity, there were literally thousands of disney channel starts accounts pretending to be them, this is not a new trend at all at least now kids know that they are not real idols, back then a lot of people believed they were real

bruh when i was like 10 i used to roleplay as disney channel characters on MFn MYSPACE lmaooo

but like

in my 10 year old selfs defense we would rp and call them our "face", like we'd take the pictures of celebrities, but come up w/ our own names and stories. etc, so we had the "faces" but the whole stories were on us.

idk what ppl doin nowadays, rping as just deadass an idol? same name, and everything... odd... strange....

yea, i went to amino (cause i used to use it for kpop communities) and from my past knowledge i knew that there was whole kpop rp communities??? like MADE for kpop rp, and i would join them and troll them HAHA

Reasons why I once accidantly asked why some Japanese musician would have 2 Twitter and why he is posting exactly the same on both ... someone later on said only the verefied account is real and I was like "why would someone post exactly the same stuff 24/7 in the same second as the original one?" and the only answer I got was "fan-account"

PS: I had this on Facebook in 2016. I added random people and someone of them pretended to be the real RM and I said to people its never ever the real one cause the real one would not have Facebook and write to people that loosly and everyone called me out as stupid and that I shouldn't question if he was real or fake. After some weeks the person who made this Facebook-account opend up to not be the real RM and that he is sorry for tricking over 2K people but everyone didn't got the message and still acted like if they thought it was the real RM o.o
