No, It's kind of addicting, and yes some of the videos are really informative but the kind of jump on trends or FOMO life the people live there is dangerous. Since TikTok is banned in my country I cant watch it.

But if it's back in my county, I will only follow K-pop idols whom I stan. Rose TikTok is a blessing honestly.

I just installed it one day to see whats the hype for? believe me, I gave my 30 mins to TikTok thinking 30 secs videos won't do any harm but I scrolled and scrolled and scrolled. Had to uninstall it the next day.

BTW what about tiktok ban in the US and other countries where it's banned? Do you need to use VPN or it works fine if you already had it on your phone?

no, not at all. it's not very safe. everywhere you go there's something violent/inappropriate/sexist etc and there's a lot of little kids on there despite the fact that it's in no way appropriate for them

I like it, if you give the app time to personalize your fyp, you can get funny videos or videos in general that you would like.

You can also record your own videos and have fun with friends and everything.

I don't really have a opinion about it, I just know it's not something for me, same with twitter.
