Also, regardless of it, in my opinion it is trashy to spread such news even if a said person have it. Dont know about western countries but in my country there is still a lot of stigma regarding HIV and it could destroy someone's whole life if it gets put on soceity because people automatically assume said person is homosexual and well that is punishable by death here.
