You can use a third party app like statsforspotify or stats.fm. Unsure how accurate they are because I get different results on the apps but it's at least somewhat accurate

This is my top 20 (in spoilers):

I don't feel like it's a totally representative list tho (plus I used youtube too). I would replace day6 songs with Love by f(x) and Mr Media by Tyla for example. I only listened to these Day6 songs a fiew times and it's already in my top 20, when I feel like Love/Mr Media should be in my top 10 .
