Sakura is seriously the nicest

  • I went to the LE SSERAFIM concert recently and loved every bit of it. The girls are amazing performers and definitely put in 100% onstage. The "Born Fire," "Ash," "Hot" sequence was such a stunning opener. I want to relive it.

Their mics were on! Very little lip-syncing was part of the show.

They made sure to heavily involve the audience, which resulted in incredible synergy between Fimmies and Fearnots. Yunjin noticed other groups' lightsticks and reacted positively. She also made a reference to "Hands Up" by MEOVV, saying that even if you didn't have a lightstick, you could still put your "hands up." She sang "Hands Up" a little while doing the dance. I got the chance to attend sendoff after the show, but unfortunately didn't get to the front. Needless to say, I was a bit disappointed. Being the quiet and reserved person I am, I don't go out of my way to get an interaction. If it happens, it happens, but I don't put myself out there like that. Sakura noticed that I was in the back and asked if I wanted a selfie. She was extremely caring and considerate towards the fans. :holding-back-tears:

Also, shoutout to one of their managers! Kazuha is my bias, so I really wanted to get a selfie with her. He noticed me and pointed me out to her, so I was able to have that moment.

The members are extremely down-to-earth and humble. While they appear larger-than-life during performance, they're just chill, everyday people when talking to fans. I'm sure Yunjin plays a key role in this. I loved her speech towards the end of the show.

  • This group is at the top of their game tbh.

Sakura (and Chaewon) already went through the wars with Izone. They know what it's like to be the victims of organized hate campaigns (they went through literally three of them with PD48 rigging scandal, Garam scandal and MHJ scandal).

And they know how to survive them.

Sakura herself is literally a sunbaenim to all 4th gen AND 3rd gen idols. She was in this idol life before groups like BTS or EXO debuted. Then you add in 7 year veteran Chaewon and Yunjin who herself started as a trainee at the same time as Chaewon IIRC. Then you have Kazuha who endured years of hardship learning ballet in Europe. The scandals were probably walks in the park for her tbh, i've heard rumors about how exhausting competitive dance is at those types of academies. She was no doubt used to people judging her, criticizing her, shading her, etc. Eunchae was the only one that prob needed protection and encouragement.

Of all the 4th gen groups out there, there is probably no more tougher, more resilient, more mentally and physically stronger group than Lesserafim. They train and eat like pro athletes, they practice like pro dancers and singers, and they have fun on and offstage like pro idols.

MEOVV collecting sunbaenims like pokemon cards :pepe-hehe:

Jokes aside, I'm glad you had an amazing time watching the Queens perform.

There are groups where you can see only 1 member, others are decorations

  • Happy you had a great experience. From posts I've read on social media and reddit it seems everybody had an amazing time at their show. Also, what I noticed in every review is how engaged the group is with their fans and they have good awareness to make people feel comfortable. I think I read a review similar to yours where I think it was Sakura she noticed a person was a bit nervous during the sendoff and she noticed and made the person feel comfortable. I think intimate moments like that is why I prefer arena venues compared to stadiums because you don't get that close experience with performers.

Also, after what they went through last year, it's nice to see the group is getting their flowers for being great performers.

I hope they come to my city for their next tour. Was a bit sad they didn't visit my country during the North American stop because I wanted to watch them perform. I might go to a European stop if they announce one next year, so I can go with my friend in London.

  • best and worst parts of the concert my friend?

Best part of the concert? That's really hard to choose because I liked multiple moments. I'll just give you some of my favorites:

"Born Fire," "Ash," "Hot" opening sequence

    "1-800-hot-n-fun"

    "Smart"

    "Crazy"

    "Fearless," "Unforgiven," "Antifragile" sequence

Worst part? This is just nitpicking, but I wish they played the original version of "Easy" instead of the rock remix. I'll say this, though. The opening to their performance of that song reminded me of Eminem in 8 Mile, so I liked that.

  • is there a clip you can find and post it here?

nice...from the little I saw they seemed to really improve from their coachella days lol

This is the rock version, Eminem-vibes version I'm talking about. ^^

Their Coachella situation was a fluke. I've always felt this way. They've always been great performers otherwise.

It's not that they improved, but that Coachella just wasn't the ideal environment for them.

Just look at how well they did during their first tour, the 2023 Flame Rises Tour. This was before Coachella.

  • I don't see it but I agree with that I prefer the original version of Easy more.

Maybe they had an off day or something at Coachella but I do think that it's good that they it happened in the sense that not everything can and should go smoothly all the time and that the members can work on it and do even better for the future which they seemed to have done immensely. Sure I don't necessarily agree with the hate that they got for it but some of the criticism was rightly deserved
