Top 6 the female idols than the koreans want look like revealed by the surgeons .

Basically Koreans want homogeneous looks that don't stand out? When it comes to Irene or Yoona I can't pick them out of a crowd.

Irene & Jennie are beautiful, but Yoona... Just no. Bland af.

But generally nobody complained. We were all really young and ambitious. The company's attitude was that everything we experienced was part of learning the discipline needed to be a K-pop idol. So we just accepted everything.

I know but it's weird for me that people want to look like her. Also she doesn't look like other girls who fit Korean beauty standard, they're more striking.

Maybe i’m just biased but i feel like it would be hard to look like Jennie..

Her nose is really small and not the “perfect nose” everybody wants. Her cheeks are unique and her face is very small too.. her eyes are her most unique trait and i can’t imagine getting all of that with surgery

Kinda surprised to see Jennie in the list. Of the six I feel like she has the most unique features. Usually these are the most difficult to replicate.

Actually it's easier for Chinese to look like Jennie. She has more lookalikes in China, but I never heard of her Korean lookalike except Ella Gross, who is half white

It makes sense why these six female idols were chosen. They all give off something that I just can't describe. Their features create a visual that attract many, which leads some the desire to have the same visuals.

I saw Yoona IRL and she just seemed like a run-of-the-mill pretty celebrity, but she was noticeably plastic/Gangnam looking

I guess when she was younger her visuals stood out more to Korean because she had a baby face and was tall, like a proto-Wonyoung

Don't believe every opinion as facts. Back in 2010 Yoona was the first SNSD member I could recognize and I had never ever seen a Korean my whole life. She def stands out.
