No, but I will be doing the reverse since a "certain" fandom views their group uncritically, seeing as they can't do anything wrong... Ugh! Common sense isn't in the fandom's blood

I said the worst thing they've done during this saga with Ador was the rebrand, as that could bring Ador to sue them for trademark infringement and, possibly, a breach of contract. However, as someone enlightened me, Ador can only do two of one things in the case of a breach of contract: terminate their contracts and seek damages, and the other is go through a dispute resolution panel, so the girls MAY get out of it with the brach of contract, but certainly not trademark infringement.
Boy did they not like it when I said that about the rebrand...

I said the worst thing they've done during this saga with Ador was the rebrand, as that could bring Ador to sue them for trademark infringement and, possibly, a breach of contract. However, as someone enlightened me, Ador can only do two of one things in the case of a breach of contract: terminate their contracts and seek damages, and the other is go through a dispute resolution panel, so the girls MAY get out of it with the brach of contract, but certainly not trademark infringement.

The rebrand smells like poor decision. I don't think the girls were ever legally well informed, I'm truly afraid of their future as artists. I can see how the rebrand implicates a contract breach, there is a clear line before and after NewJeans became NJZ.
These days I posted a thread contemplating the possibility of them going back to HYBE and it felt like a 1st degree offense. As fans, I think we should be able to discuss hard topics. I'm all about it.

I think one has to be mature enough to make a difference between the fandom and the group. The only time when a fandom can sour my opinion is when the group themselves support the toxicity inside the fandom or regarding fandom behavour. But for that to happen they truly, openly have to give support to exact wrong behavours, not for me to speculate it. And when that happens, it's the group themselves making the moves I dislike. Luckily, this kind of behavour is really rare. So no. I don't really hate groups because their fandom. Fans are not representing the group.

It's pretty obvious that, going by how things are... Sejong is invested in MHJ's cases than theirs (as theirs is weak as hell!). It was idiotic to hire them just because Mother hired them.
However, I don't think they should go back to Hybe. They should leave, pay the termination fee (at whatever price it's going to be), find a backer (or if they secretly have one, which I wouldn't be surprised by, to get them to pay their TFs), and buy the IP from Ador (as Ador has no point in keeping it if the girls leave, apart from the revenue from the songs, which I assume they could come to some agreement over the share at which Ador gets to keep revenue from).

Okay, you gave me hope. When the injuction sentence came out, I felt defeat. Cause' in my mind, I thought that as long as they could work, they would be able to pay the fines whatever price. but without working it would be a dead end.
And now you brought your view to light (me) and it makes total sense. NewJeans is a very profitable group, they are a great investment to make. I know I'd rather bet on NJZ than betting my coins on a new and uncertain group - success wise. It's very possible they have a angel or silent investor. Thank you!

Yep. BTS due to Army (when i first stumbled across Kpop). Army really are some of the worst people in kpop I've ever come across. They are the "MAGA" of kpop so to speak. Low information, uneducated, overtly hateful and prone to cruelty. It evokes such utter revulsion I don't want to share any commonality with those people.
Loona due to Orbits and their crazy toxicity (even towards their own group).
Recently (last 2 years) I studiously avoid any Aespa stuff due to MYs.
3 Groups I avoid any music, avoid any interaction with - it's possible I'd like some of their music (and have in Loona's case), but the fandom just puts me off the group entirely. Who wants to get into a group and then have chat and interactions with people who feel it's ok to doxx minors because they dared dislike a song from their group?

majority of them don't hold the company accountable for anything and the company makes so many mistakes because they weren't even an entertainment company until my group debuted.

I love love love love Aespa, but I avoid convos with MYs. They’ve been cruel to groups I love and there’s no argument that justifies being hateful towards hard working people to me.
