The only female artist in the TOP4 in China's biggest streaming platform surprised me!

That MAMAMOO karma strikes again!

Most of you already know, I don't care much about streaming stats, but I have to share this, because this is actually surprised me!

Hwasa is the one and only female artist in the TOP4, yes, TOP4, we don't talk about that 5th place! 😂 But seriously, I didn't know she's this big in China! And the fact that the others are GD, Chanyeol (EXO) and Taeyang is crazy! I mean, GD isn't that surprising, but the rest of them are.

Now I wanna see a bigger list to see the big picture.

TOP4:

1. G-Dragon (109 Million)
2. Chanyeol (78.4M)
3. Hwasa (76.4M)
4. Taeyang (72.4M)

5. Seungri (66.5M)

This was from last year, so now we kinda have a real view on this list.

Exactly! First of all, I don't even want to understand how that guy can be in the TOP5, but what really surprised me is that Yuqi or mainstream group members are not even in the TOP10. Pretty much everyone in the TOP10 are seniors.

To be fair, neither of them have a massive solo discography, so that's the reason, probably. Yuqi is basically a rookie with 1 album. I think the same applies for BP members, or at least Jisoo, because she's the big name in China, the others, I don't think so.
