IVE had the better korea charting for 2023

But aespa overall had the better year in 2025 including both KR and international streaming. All 3 aespa title tracks charted well on spotify global and peaked in top5 in Korea (#1, #4, #2 on circle digital)

IVE overall achievement is heavily discounted by the 3 title tracks underperforming in both KR and global charts.

IVE, I Am had less weeks at #1 than Supernova because of way higher competition at release, as Yama already pointed out, but it's cumulative weekly scores on Circle were way higher. Also despite being released in Apri 2023 it finished at 21st on the 2024 Melon yearly chart whereas Supernova is already at 15th on the daily chart just two weeks into January. If APT. had come out in August instead of November we'd probably all be talking about aespa's 2024 differently. Also Baddie spent 11 weeks in the top 10 on Melon vs. 7 for Armageddon and also reached #1 weekly with a PAK which obviously Armageddon didn't do either of those things.

Whiplash vs. Kitsch remains to be seen but Kitsch definitely had the higher peak and I think IVE wins the other 2 song performances, and that's not even factoring in Either Way which peaked at #3 on Melon and may have been a bigger hit than Armageddon too.

And finally they also had far better album sales in 2023 than aespa did in 2024.

Actually the most impressive is Day6 2024 they are the best performing GG of 2024
