I prefer so much more Gfriend to Le Sserafim but HYBE was the problem all along not the group that came after them. The girls are smart and know better.

It would have been more believable if LSF girls had some interactions, mentions of GFriend so far, made some covers etc.,
No such history and suddenly HYBE drops this, and you expect people to fall for it.
Given how GFriend was disbanded, this reunion under HYBE-Source Music feels they are being pressurized .. "You can have reunion as GFriend only if you agree to our terms" which includes lending your goodwill to our current GG.
Fine, if you are naive enough to believe that this is wholesome.. then go for it.

Whether or not they are "pressurized," GFriend are still having a reunion that themselves as well as countless other fans (including me) appreciate especially under these circumstances.
