The person making the claim is not super trustworthy, but I am interested to know what other evidence there is, if any, to support that you can buy placement on Korean charts? If so, which charts can be bought?


    Does anyone know of any rumors or reported evidence? It wouldn't be surprising if it can be bought, but that's just assuming.

    and stream songs


    the point is how is it different for paying youtube ads to have your group MV displayed or doing some payola on spotify to make song being in top rotation, that's same shit

    That’s the difference between having enough money for promotion and visibility (the reason why artists signs with labels instead of being independent) and just faking/creating fake customers/listeners. I mean after promo you are still free to not listen to an artist.
