Yes and also last Friday, Hybe removed 2 MHJ loyalists from the Ador board of directors, and installed 3 Hybe loyalists as the CFO, CHR, CSO. So they now control the Ador board, and in turn Ador.

What you see happening in Ador after May 31 is Ador 2.0, Ador controlled and managed by Hybe. Prior to May 31, MHJ made all the decisions.

Much like SM 2.0 is effectively Kakao making all the decisions at SM.

What happens in bigger companies like I assume SM, is the CEO reports to the board and executes day to day, what is approved by "outside" board members that do not work every day in the company, but just show up for the board meeting once a month.

In Ador, I assume there are not that many people, so the board members also work every day in Ador. Hybe put into the Ador board a CFO, chief financial officer, CHR, chief human resources officer and CSO, chief strategy officer. By their titles it looks like they also work in these roles every day in Ador. MHJ is CEO in name only now.
