Do you think Bang blacklisted Minju?

    Knowing how infuriatingly petty arrogant and insecure that man can be, do you think after Minju refused his offer to join Ssera, he blacklisted her in the industry?


    I don't follow her closely, but during Izone she was one of the most popular member and even a possible hit girl, at last a clear beauty queen. But after Izone and after refusing joining Ssera, she become almost invisible.


    I barely see her anywhere at all. Not just music content but even acting or modeling content... Not even a some bside drama leading role or anything...

    Is that a pertinent role or show? Does she has anything else as of now or incoming? And how relevent is it?


    Because last time she had a role in a historical drama (very small), so that was something but nothing else really...


    Even so, what did she do this last 3 years? Specially after the momentum she had post izone?


    Anyway, even blacklisted people get some work but it's very very hard for them to work freely in the specific field. And get even half of the work and opportunities they could get if they weren't blacklisted.

    I lost interest in following her tbh. She doesn't do much.

    Maybe those ppl were right that she should have joined hybe. But she was obviously over the idol life.

    She has so much potential.

    What if the explanation for her disappearing was that she was blacklisted by bang/hybe? Because even tho she was 'over the idol life', i think she was pretty interested in acting.

    She is acting tho. Her drama is releasing on 24th. Feels like she just ain't getting big offers but eventually if something clicks she might rise. Hope so.

    She still does get brand sponsorships from dior,prada, Celine,clarins etc on insta. But yeah..... She didn't become the star she could be. Bad management.

    I have no idea, but blacklisting existing in a global age of K-pop industry doesn't seem like a possibility.

    How deep does a power of a 6 trillion won company goes, we don't know. They are not Samsung level yet, at least we can breathe for a moment.

    While i can never forgive Minju for rejecting Hybe's offer, she probably would have died trying to do the choreo for LSRFM. LSRFM has the toughest choreo in all of Kpop and their stages have been the best for the last two years. Dancing doesnt come naturally enough for her and it woulda made a bad fit probably.


    However, i highly doubt Bang has blacklisted her. She got casted right away to do national TV dramas from MBC instead of 3rd tier web dramas that 99 percent of idols are forced to do.


    She already won an award for her role as a princess in MBC's Forbidden Marriage.

    in movie 'Hear Me: Our Summer' she is playing main role alongside Roh Yoon Seo (20th Century Girl, Our Blues)


    not to mention that Minju already won Best New Actress Award on 2022 MBC Drama Awards for her role in 'Forbidden Marriage'


    she also posts very often photos wich clothes, and items from famous brands

    if I remember well she was officially representing PRADA


    she is doing well, there is no way they blacklisted her

    How can Hybe blacklist her from doing dramas or a movie when you can count on one hand the movies and dramas that active Hybe idols have been in.


    Blacklist from going on music shows maybe. But she was MC on a music show for ages even after Lsf debuted.

    Realistically speaking there is only so much she wants to/can do in one year.
