Not a bad song, but without really good vocals songs like that are just neutral.

It's been several Charlie Puth collaborations that I've been listening to and it's been several times that I don't feel the kpop aspect at all, this clown totally imposes his artistic vision so I put all the responsibility on him.

If you really love something, you have to know how to let go.

  • As a single, I'd say It's their third. After 'Winter Falls' (what is more of a double-title song for Christmas EveL single) and 'CASE 143'.

They have some others b-sides about romantic love, but It's very, very few of them. It's not a frequent subject for their narrative, so LMB's theme also diverges a bit of Stray Kids' style in that sense.

This makes sense. Cause I always saw them as a group who usually don’t use romantic love as a subject for their otherwise very upbeat tracks.

So this really sounds different, but like I already said, I still like it.

  • It was stuck in my head all day at work lol ;(

Listening to it some more now and I really like it, it's so catchy it's addicting. I do still wish it was a bit more clearly SKZ-like because it's VERY Charlie, which is fine but ideally I'd wish Stray Kids' strong identity was more up front (not too over the top ofc as it wouldn't fit, but at least a little more).

But either way it's a great song and they did a good job. I find it so atmospheric. And the MV really suits the song and enhances it. Also LOVE the choreography! Can't wait to watch the lives, Lee Know shined.

I think the best part of the song is the bridge, it was a needed and loved change-up. Could've been a little bit longer even, but I'm being nit-picky.

  • I agree with you. We've been noticing Charlie's influence since the teasers, but when I watched 'INTRO: Lose My Breath', I found out It was most likely purposefully.

3RACHA was explaining the creative process behind the song and how was the 'song Camp' to produce the track alongside Charlie when they met in the US last year and they were clearly expressing their admiration for Charlie as an artist, they said he was a genius and while working, he effortless built the song from scratch (Changbin even humbly mentioned for him to go through the same process as a producer wasn't as easy as was for Charlie). So It all made me think they genuinely didn't want to touch the song too much, cause they really liked most of what Puth did.

And, in my opinion, It worked really well! I like to see them trying total diferent things for them and I noticed the step they took with this song made them very satisfied, so It's a win-win for me.

About Lee Know, I was so happy to see he was the member with the most lines in the song, cause It fits him perfectly. And he was shining not only in the song itself, but also in the MV and the choreography.

  • Charlie is a very good and experienced producer that clearly knows his stuff and knows how to make good songs and hits. So it's understandable they look up to him. And yes they do seem very happy with the song, which of course! because it's good^^

I am now curious about the direction they will go for with the title track for the album, will it be in Korean again and more in line with their loud-sound? Or at least far from Charlie's music? Will it depend on how this song does? It's an interesting single for them so I'm curious as to their next move now.

I'll definitely be looking for Lee Know fancams that's for sure, he executes the choreography so well. Funny how the member who has liked singing in English the least, shined the most.
