[instiz] FORMER FIFTY FIFTY MEMBERS: "LOST ALL THE CASES IN COURT AND SUED FOR 14 BILLION IN PENALTY FEE"
10M USD
The turbulent lives of the Fifty Fifty (FF) members in the entertainment industry took a different path due to a split-second decision.
Attract CEO Jeon Hongjoon's alleged breach of trust filed by three former members of the group FF on the 11th was ruled out. Earlier on August 17 last year, former member o FF Saena, Sio and Aran, through through a legal representative, filed a complaint with the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul against Jeon Hongjoon, the CEO of the agency, on charges of breach of trust.
Former FF members Saena, Shio, and Aran received notice of termination of their exclusive contracts from their agency in October last year after a dispute over their exclusive contract with the agency. Currently, Attrakt is selecting new members for Fifty Fifty, centering around Keena, and has announced plans to start activities in June-July of this year.
FF's exclusive contract dispute began with the parents of FIFTY FIFTY members applying for the group's trademark rights, the controversy over the biased broadcast of 'I Want to Know' and the shocking transcript of the '20 billion buyout' showed the grim reality of a small agency's idol.
Meanwhile, due to the controversy over biased broadcasting, a follow-up broadcast of 'I Want to Know' was initially promised, but on the 5th, the production team of SBS' announced that there were no plans for follow-up reporting.
Regarding follow-up reports, the production team said, "We are currently in the middle of a lawsuit (related to the exclusive contract dispute), and we are not planning to broadcast again because the members in difficult situations are psychologically unstable to the point of considering extreme choices."
